New Bern named the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina’s 2021 Resource Supporter

The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina (FBCENC) named International Paper's New Bern, North Carolina, Mill a 2021 Resource Supporter in their donor recognition program, the CORE Leadership Circle. 

The Leadership Circle exists to highlight businesses, corporations and foundations making significant donations in the form of funds, food or in-kind resources within the most recent fiscal year. Through the use of local donations, grants from the IP Foundation, and in-kind donations, the New Bern Mill donated approximately $15,000 to the FBCENC. Employees also volunteered at a local food pantry to box and distribute food in Trenton, North Carolina.
